At 480 Lacrosse Performance Development, we are dedicated to enhancing your lacrosse skills through personalized coaching and specialized stick-work training.

We engage with the lacrosse community through social media and email updates, providing the latest on high school, club, and travel lacrosse.

Led by Max and Will, our team collaborates with top coaches and teams, leveraging testimonials and partnerships to build our reputation. With detailed practice plans, suitable locations, and necessary equipment, we ensure efficient and effective training.

Our goals are to:

Max Bergamo has over 12 years of lacrosse experience in the region. During his standout high school career he was a 2x Team Captain and 3x Arizona High School D1 State Champion. Max's individual accolades include 2x All-State Attackman selections and 3x All-Star team honors. Following his decorated high school tenure, Max decided to play collegiate lacrosse at U of A. Over the course of 4 impactful seasons, he flourished as a team captain, recording 101 goals and 32 assists. His collegiate performance earned him 2x Warrior National Player of the Week awards, 3x All-Conference First Team Attack selections, and led the MCLA in PPG for 6 consecutive weeks. Max also has widespread club lacrosse experience, representing elite programs such as Rhino National, Team 12 National, Brady's Bunch National, 3D San Diego, & 3D Arizona. Furthermore, he demonstrated his talents at prominent recruiting showcases, including the Jake Reed Nike Bluechip, High Rollers, and California Gold.

Will Lynch

Coach Will Lynch has over 14 years of lacrosse experience in the valley. Coach Will attended Notre Dame Preparatory and was a 2x Team Captain, 2x AZ High school State Champion, 2x All-State attack, 3x All-Star and is a member of the 100 goal club. Since his graduation from the University of Arizona Coach Will has spent the past 2 seasons as a head coach for the Scottsdale United Lacrosse Club where he is a 2024 12U Cactus Cup Champion and is an assistant coach for the Arizona Select club team. Coach Will has extensive club lacrosse and recruiting showcase experience including but not limited to: 3D Arizona, 3D NorCal, 3D Pacific, Brady’s Bunch, AZ Burn, Force Lacrosse Club, Jake Reed Nike Bluechip, Maverik Showtime and the IL Fall Invitational
